Parent questionnaires
Purpose of our Parent Questionnaires
At Selly Oak Nursery School we feel it is important to gain the views of parents at different stages in the year. We provide a variety of questionnaires for parents to complete and always analyse the results. The teaching staff discuss the results and analysis of the questionnaires. Action plans are created if parents make suggestions that are appropriate.

In January 2021 a 2nd National Lockdown took place and lots of our children remained at home. Parent questionnaires for Physical Development and Health did not take place.

The first National Lockdown took place from March 2020 with schools closed to the majority of children. The Health questionnaire did not take place.
