SELLY Oak Nursery School parents and staff gave generously to support BBC Children in Need.

There was a kaleidoscope of colour in Nursery as children and staff swapped uniforms for spotty and brightly coloured clothing. 

Parents then played their part by generously making donations to raise £120. 

Head Teacher Yvonne James said: "It was incredibly inspiring to see our parents give so generously for Children in Need, particularly with the pressures of the cost-of-living-crisis.

"We thank everyone who was able to make a donation."
